Ordering with the online shop

Please select the parts you want which will put them into your Z Centre Cart and then checkout as a guest.

The shopping cart will enable you to change quantities, continue shopping or go to the checkout

When you have finished selecting your parts proceed to "checkout".

The website will calculate a shipping cost automatically, at which point you can then make the payment.

There is a minimum parts value of £30.00 GBP (excluding tax and shipping cost) per order due to our admin and transaction charges.

When you have finished selecting your parts proceed to "checkout".

When you place your order, you will NOT be asked to pay anything at that time, once we have calculated the shipping costs we will email you the total cost of the order and the option to pay.

There is a minimum overseas parts value of £40.00 GBP (excluding shipping) per order due to our overseas admin and transaction costs.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is usually by courier service. All packages will need a signature on receipt.

Some items will not be available from immediate stock and may take between one and three weeks to arrive. We will contact you by e-mail if there is a major delay in supply. If an order despatched is deemed "undeliverable" (usually two attempts and no response to cards left) and the item is returned to us, the customer will still be responsible for both forward and return courier charges.

Customer returns are only accepted on "stock on the shelf items" and not "special order non-stock items" unless by prior agreement. Customer returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking and handling charge unless returned under a warranty or defective goods procedure. The Z Centre will not be liable for any courier or postage costs incurred by the customer and will not be held liable to refund the outbound courier costs.

Warranty claims will be handled only by prior agreement.

Any products designed for off-road use, racing or performance enhancement will carry no warranty, either expressed or implied, as we have no control over how they are used. Electrical components carry a limited warranty only. All other parts carry a 12-month warranty from date of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Claims for damage during transit must be noted with the driver at the time of delivery and formally processed by the customer to the Z Centre within 12 hours of receipt of the goods

The customer must save all packaging relevant to the claim. Courier damage claims will be processed via the courier's insurance.
