The BR series coilovers use a large 46mm diameter piston in a 53mm diameter damper body to maximise oil capacity. As the damper unit operates the oil contained within heats up. The viscosity of oil changes as its temperature varies which can lead to changes in the damping characteristics of the unit.

BC Racing only use a very high quality oil with their coilovers but go that extra mile to maximise performance and build their BR range with a large 53mm diameter damper body. This increases the capacity of the unit which increases the volume of oil contained which in turn reduces the peak temperature and so significantly improves damper performance.

    Precision made from hardened steel, the Adjustable Tension Rods allow you to change over from the vague feeling Nissan OEM tension rods, which have rubber end bushings. The vague feeling is usually sensed under hard braking and aggressive cornering as the front end moves for and aft. Another reason to make the switch is the ability to adjust caster. The adjustable Tension Rods will allow you to make precise adjustments and reset the wheelbase to proper specifications.

    Please note that all the arms and racing bearings need to be heavily GREASED. At the end of the bearing from time to time you will need to grease it. When you fit the tension rods, you must also grease the nuts and bolts.

    Only Fits 300zx Twin Turbos Upto 1995-96 with Hydraulic rear steering racks and not the later Electronic rear steering racks.

    HICAS is Nissan’s active rear wheel steering system.
    This eliminator kit replaces the rear HICAS “Hydraulic Steering Rack” including the inner and outer track rods, locking off the rear steering mechanism completely.
    This ensures that the car only steers when you want it to.
