Terms and conditions

Our terms are pre-payment by Paypal or credit card or debit card for all UK bound goods ordered from the Z Centre.

Goods ordered destined for outside of the UK will not be charged until the shipping costs have been verified.  At which you will be requested to pay the full amount.

Goods ordered must be delivered to the customer under the shipping and return terms outlined elsewhere. Goods ordered and paid for on a mail order basis cannot then be collected in person or by a third party representative of the original customer.

We are required to verify information on credit cards provided by our customers and may from time to time request additional information regarding billing and/or shipping.

Please ensure that address details and postcodes supplied to the online shop site are entered accurately.

We reserve the right to refuse any order where there is insufficient verification, or authorisation cannot be obtained, or where we have cause to believe that a Paypal account or credit card or debit card is being used fraudulently.

All products offered by the Shop are subject to change without prior notification. Changes are usually found to be enhancements or improvements.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been accepted. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as appropriate, however, if there is a significant increase in a shipping charge, we will contact you and you will have the right to cancel the order if required.
